**International Travel Administration Assistant**

**LOCATION**:Livingston

**ACCOUNTABLE TO**: Operations Manager

**SALARY**:£18 per hour

**CONTRACT TYPE**:Temporary (initial 3-months)

**PURPOSE**

**Tasks**
- Research visa/travel requirements for off-shore crew in individual countries
- Visa submissions / follow up
- Liaise with crew / client / agents
- Communication required via all mediums
- Attend update meetings as and when required
- Travel arrangements as and when required
- Electronic Filing of visa documentation and updating of visa plan
- Raising purchase orders for travel expenditure
- General administration and ad hoc tasks

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- General administration/research skills essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills - must be proficient with outlook, excel and word as a minimum

**Key Attributes**
- Must have a Professional, conscientious work ethic
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative but also contribute as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour
