**Administrative Assistant**

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services

**Duties include**:

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Data entry
- Filing, scanning, archiving
- Raising of sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Arranging company travel
- Ordering office supplies
- Compiling reports
- Schedule meetings and events
- Handling internal and external queries
- Assistance in running of purchase order system
- Credit control
- Proactive mailbox management
- Supporting other colleagues in the department

The Shared Services Department supports a group of 5 companies.

Working in a fast-paced environment you will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Ideal for an experienced individual.

The individual should have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.

Salary £21,000 - £25,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
