Main Duties:

- General administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Responding to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Key Skills:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
