STEM recruitment solutions have a great opportunity for permanent Administrator for our manufacturing client based in Livingston.
**Duties will include**:
Order processing.
Liaison with other teams within the company in regards to order, delays, changes etc.
Being first point of contact to customers.
Opening and distributing incoming mail.
General admin duties.
Dealing with Product Damages - contacting customer, arranging replacement product and submitting carrier claims.
Liaison with carriers.
Support during site visits - this includes, collecting and preparing lunch, making tea and coffee.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
