**Job Vacancy**
We are now recruiting for a **Manufacturing Administrator** on a permanent basis.
The “Manufacturing Administrator” is an administration/customer service role within the business, responsible for processing sales orders and communicating with customers and internal operations and sales teams.
Responsibilities of the role include key activities such as:
- Answering the Telephone in a Polite Manner
- Processing & Confirmation of All Sales Orders on SAPB1
- Effectively Communicating with our Operations and Sales Teams
- Customer Communications and Relationship Management
- Supporting Administration Lead
- Supporting Other Department Roles when Required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within manufacturing / administration / customer service positions.
O365 experience essential.
Previous SAP experience desirable.
Previous export shipping experience desirable.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Livingston, Scotland
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
