**Responsibilities**_
- Manage and maintain the company's Health and Safety system, including updating policies, procedures, and documentation as needed, supported by input from the technical teams.
- Administer the Quality system, including document control, coordinating audits, and assisting with quality-related tasks.
- Support compliance initiatives, including monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics, and assisting with compliance training for employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance requirements are met and provide administrative support as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance compliance effectiveness.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Provide reception cover when required, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and taking receipt of deliveries.
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a compliance or quality-related field.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Quality management systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Professional and friendly demeanour with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
