**The role**:
Following a move into new markets, Bullet Express is seeking a proactive and energetic Excise Bond Inventory Controller.

**What do I need?**

Bullet Express Westway HMRC Licenced warehouse (after Customs approval) will require an international freight experienced person to take ownership of the Warehouse Customs Compliance of Excise freight in/out of our Westway bonded facility.

Delivering a first-class service to our customers and network will be key to ensuring success in this role.
- Responsible for all activities and administration of the bonded warehouse facility.
- Conduct daily briefings and have clear communication with the Director Of Storage & Logistics to ensure all colleagues are aware of their responsibilities moving excise bonded freight.
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch of the freight as per the standards with HMRC Compliance and ETSF bond procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the use of automated systems to manage the workflow and accountability of the inbound and outbound freight.
- Identifying opportunities within the department to add value to the operation.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel to be able to manage workflows of freight moving, create new procedures, standard templates and training files.
- Manage and deal with Customs Import/Export shipments and UK Border Force inspections.
- Developing positive relationships with colleagues and team members and supporting the Director Of Storage & Logistics in attaining the business goals.
- Promoting and adhering to good working practices and procedures with particular reference to HMRC trading compliance.
