Here at Tessaa, we have an exciting opportunity for a a committed individual to personally assist the operations Manager, supporting with administrative tasks.
We are a company that runs semi-independent living homes for 16-18 year old care leavers, who are looking to obtain independence before their 18th birthday.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.
**Aim**
- **To support & alleviate paperwork & compliancy workload of Operations Manager, to allow OM to focus on continuous growth and development of Tessaa Ltd.**
- **To work towards our statement of purpose**
- Monitoring office/ house supplies and reordering them as needed
- Operating and overseeing the maintenance of house equipment, such as printers and photocopiers, phones and laptops for all homes and office.
- Develop existing paperwork to ensure we as a company remain relevant with compliancy changes and to work towards our continuous development plan
- Arranging inspections for our properties such as but not limited to, gas, electrical, PAT testing, fire inspection.
- Typing letters, reports, and other business documents
- Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally, including staff files.
- Create, observe, adapt, and action job adverts on leading job sights.
- Arranging meetings on behalf of the operations Manager, including booking meeting spaces and organising refreshments.
- Attend monthly Manager meetings, this will be paid additional to contracted hours.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Preparing reports and maintaining a filing system both online and paper based.
- Adapting and maintaining spread sheets involving, staff holiday accruals, sickness, training matrix.
- Supporting Operations Manger to ensure certifications for the home are compliant with a HMO & Ofsted registered property.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Desirable
- Understanding into looked after children, social services and Oftsed.
