**Intro**: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an Administration Office, based in Leicestershire, for our client who are a team of Business Start-up experts. Providing people with information to set up their own business and protectthem with information, our client are looking for a motivated and organised Administration Officer who will help our client perform Internal Quality Assurance.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Administration Officer, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain all paperwork that needs processing, up to the ESFA quality standards.
- Perform Internal Quality Assurance and verifying, maintaining effective data relating to learners and contract.
- Provide a comprehensive and effective administration and Quality Assurance service - supporting the delivery of our clients funded contract, ESFA.
**Experience and Skills**:
The ideal Administration Officer will have:
- Experience within the Skills sector, and understanding of the government funding pots - such as ESFA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being a good organiser, managing your time well.
- Track record of maintaining accurate data on CRMs and online electronic data systems.
