**As an Administrator you will need to**:

- Provide exemplary customer service
- Be personable and respectful at all times
- Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team
**Your main duties will include**:

- Liaise with vendors to arrange take on appointments
- Collate vendor documents for hard copy file and online file
- Read listers on-site measurements and draw floorplans
- Proofread property descriptions and write literature for property details
- Raise invoices and chase payments as required
- Support sales team with general enquiries as required
- General office administration tasks
- Be professional, alert, and enthusiastic
- Be creative with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be highly organised with excellent planning skills
- Have strong spelling and grammar skills
- Have competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
- Hold a full UK driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
