**HR Administrator**

**Role: Fixed term contract covering Maternity leave (10 months).**

**Working Hours: Part time
- 22.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Wednesday.**

**APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.**

We are recruiting for a highly organised Administrator to join a small but friendly head office team. This role is key in providing an efficient service to the organisation's employees nationwide from an administration capacity. This is the perfect opportunity, for someone with core administrative experience and is keen to gain an insight into HR practices. If this is you then this Temporary role is ideal for anyone who wants to kick start their career in HR.

**CORE DUTIES OF THE HR ADMINISTRATOR INCLUDE**:

- Supporting all Human Resources activities/administration as required by the HR manager.
- Issuing all formal letters including, offer letters, absence, probationary etc. to employees.
- Collating new starter paperwork and data inputting onto the in-house HR computer system (ITrent)
- Inputting, scanning, and typing transcripts from disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Writing job adverts from publication to conclusion and monitoring stages through the Assistant Tracking System.
- Monitor/promote/administrate/report on Glassdoor and Indeed company profile.
- Administration for DBS/financial checks.
- Sending out general correspondence to employees.
- Taking meeting minutes in formal meetings (may involve travel
- expenses will be paid)
- Answering telephone calls directing to the relevant person/taking messages.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems.
- Checking and processing invoices.
- Report collation.
- Checking immigration documents and bringing to the attention of the HR Manager of any discrepancies.
- Use of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, ITrent (full training with be given) etc.,
