**Job Description**:
BEUMER Group UK are looking for an Administrator to strengthen the finance team as well as supporting all our other departments, in a wide variety of tasks based in our Ashby-De-La-Zouch office.

We are looking for a highly organised person, who thrives on data processing and who is able to prioritise a number of tasks and deadlines to meet the demand of the business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Administrator is primarily responsible for raising monthly 3rd party and I/Co invoices (from SAGE accounting software), collating and logging weekly timesheets from approx. 100 employees, collating and logging monthly cash expense claims and other adhoc administration tasks.

Duties
- Monthly invoicing for parts business, service contracts and projects.
- I/Co invoicing to group companies for recharges (mainly resource).
- Updating the PO register as required.
- Collating and logging weekly timesheets and logging.
- Collating and logging expense reports (cash and credit card).
- Updating a mileage tracker from the expense reports.
- Central contact for all administrative duties with BEUMER UK
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Track record of working to tight deadlines with an eye for detail.
- Ideally, some exposure to finance tasks and systems would be beneficial but not essential (including Sage software)
- Team player and good communicator (verbal and written)
- Able to support a number of different departments and prioritising accordingly
- Proficient in MS Office
