Established in 2008 LF&E have become a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Delivering medication to homes & pharmacies on behalf of large corporate organisations & NHS Trusts, helping make a difference to patients’ lives.
LF&E currently operate 13 sites employing over 200 staff throughout the country.
Due to rapid expansion, the current HR Team of 1 is looking for a new member. We are looking for someone who will be passionate about recruiting the right team members and developing their knowledge in HR.

- Act as first point of contact for all customers to the HR function
- Ensure the HRIS and HR reporting tools/systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Creating offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters and upload new starters to the system
- Ensure the correct leaver processes are followed and liaise with payroll accordingly
- Responsible for ensuring all the relevant pre-employment and on-going checks are made, monitored and reported on, this includes all professional registrations, RTW documents, DBS/background checks, compliance checks and referencing
- Assist all members of the HR function in providing a comprehensive HR administration service, including note taking at HR meetings.
- Assist with recruitment activity and administration
- Supporting first level ER activity and creating reports probation and absence reports.
- Assisting with reports for the wider business function **Assist with audit requirements for the department.**:
- Assist with the development and implementation of new projects
- Carry out general administration tasks for the function, for example, responding to reference requests, employee requests, booking occupational health appointments, booking probationary and CPD reviews, taking and typing notes at meetings, supporting exit interview, holidays.reports, and ensuring all filling & archiving (paper based and electronic) is completed in a timely manner
- Support with training administration and updating the HRIS
- Complete all relevant company training and remain compliant and up to date
**Experience and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar role with strong administrative skills preferred
- Some knowledge of HR procedures such as disciplinary and processes
- Previous experience of recruiting process.
- CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous.
- The ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work to SLA’s and deadlines
- Experience and understanding of all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
