YOUR ROLE

Our Shared Services team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for HRSS Administrator, where you will support with all aspects of the employee life cycle such as processing new starters and leavers, contractual changes, reference requests, payroll, TUPE in and out, and redundancy calculations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into HR Shared Services Team Leader, you will be working within a team of 8 other Administrators. Utilizing case management tools means no two days are ever the same in this role You will be working alongside your colleagues to ensure the businesses’ requests relating to the HR processes are actioned in a timely manner paying close attention to detail and accuracy. On a day-to-day basis, you may be processing new starters and leavers and updating their employee files. You will be drawing up contractual paperwork and sending this out via DocuSign, initiating reference requests for our new starters, supporting our HR Business Partners with TUPE in and out procedures, doing redundancy calculations, supporting managers and colleagues with general queries, and any other administrative duties where required.

For this role, you will be able to commit to Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. It is a hybrid role where you will work 2 days from the office.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an exceptionally strong administrator who comes from a similar role, has worked in a fast-paced, and busy environment, and is comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will be a perfectionist in attention to detail and accuracy, confident in your ability to solve problems, and possess excellent communication skills. This role would ideally suit someone who has knowledge of HR processes, and is looking to gain a wider understanding and exposure to develop their current skill set.
