Established in 2008, LF&E have become a market logistics leader in the pharmaceutical industry. We operate across 13 sites employing over 200 staff throughout the country.

We deliver medication to patient's homes and pharmacies on behalf of large corporate organisations and NHS Trusts, helping make a difference to patients' lives.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate HR Advisor to join our existing team.

**What will i be doing?**
- Managing the day to day HR issues within the business;
- Offering support and guidance to the Management team;
- Ensure that matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively. HR Advisor duties - Manages documentation, including contracts, maternity documentation, and sickness documentation;
- Set up and maintain personnel files and ensure data remains accurate;
- Ensure that HR operational issues are dealt with correctly, in a timely manner and delivered to the required standard;
- Ensure all data remains private and confidential;
- Provide HR advice, support and coaching on all aspects of employee relations, ensuring any advice given is within line with policy;
- Support Managers with any HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence, maternity cases;
- Setting up personnel files and confirms that data remains accurate;
- Responding to recruitment enquiries;
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating group interview process;
- Coordinating training requirements, including organising rooms for employee training, printing training certificates and filing them accordingly;
- Working with the quality manager to review training policies, and updating training systems;
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail;
- Processing documentation for customers and employees.

- CIPD Level 3.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
