**The Team & Focus of the Role**:
Our Agency Division is made up of three departments: Commercial Transactional, Development and Residential & Rural, all of which are supported by the Central Agency Support Team (CAST).
We have an opportunity for a diligent Administrator who is motivated and proactive in their approach with previous experience of working in busy administrative roles, to become part of this small but friendly team. They cover a wide range of tasks for the agency division from creating sales brochures, setting up clients on bespoke systems and completing compliance checks for prospective clients.
Although this role will be working across general administration duties, it will have a core focus on carrying out the various sales/lettings co-ordination tasks. This will really suit you if you thrive on the daily hustle and bustle of a collaborative team and are able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
The role is based within our main Ashby de la Zouch office and is offered on a permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).
**Duties will include**:
- Carrying out various sales/lettings co-ordination tasks
- Creating and producing sales/lettings brochures and postcards
- Creating bespoke pitch packs and sales plans
- Setting up clients/projects on our bespoke systems
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Digital filing
- Other General Administrative duties
- Ability to effectively manage a high task workload and problem solve
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good team communication skills
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience of different software packages
- Good working knowledge of the MS package.
