Administrative Support Coordinator

We are a reputable, independent letting agency based in Ashby de-la Zouch seeking an organised admin assistant to join our Property Management team. This role will require someone who is very organised, outgoing and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
This position involves handling all administration processes and supporting the Property Management team alongside line managers. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Property Management team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and data
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
Requirements:
- Organised and efficient in work habits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
