Property Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and organized Property Administration Coordinator to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd. As a Property Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing property-related documentation, administering records, and providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
About the Role:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date property-related records and documentation.
- Process and administer new client files and setup necessary documents.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties such as data entry, document scanning, and filing.
- Communication with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
- Possess a high level of organizational ability and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:$42,000 - $52,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
