We are looking for a Data and Funding Officer, working across all campuses and sometimes offsite, the Data and Funding Officer will be primarily based at Hammersmith to work as part of the Data and funding Team with the purpose of ensuring, that the college’s student records and register, timetabling data is complete and accurate, that funding audit requirements are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of learner record data and ensure the data is held in compliance with ILR and audit requirements.
- Take a proactive approach in assisting the Head in managing the learner records data so that accurate and timely funding returns are produced ensuring the College maximises it’s funding and for accurate and complete statistical performance reporting purposes.
This will include but not be limited to:

- The set up and supervision of registers and by working with curriculum colleagues and other support areas, ensure the availability, accessibility and completeness of registers.
- The input and completion of data changes adhering to MIS procedures.
- Course set up and input in accordance with MIS procedures.
