Flexible hybrid working from home with a base at one of our Store Support Centres.

This is a** junior position**, if you are more experienced, we are also hiring Business Change Manager role which is mid to senior level position. A level of travel will be required.

As part of our Logistics Programme Development and Delivery team you will be an integral part of planning and delivering an ongoing change programme to the business and working with our Strategic Partners to embed change into the full Logistics network.

Our Business Change Supports are critical in effectively landing a variety of initiatives that integrate, automate, and optimise processes and systems across the Logistics Division driving efficiency and a world class customer experience to support our ambitious targets.

Supporting the Business Change Manager and Head of Business Change in delivering the robust change plan, including activities associated with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, training, business readiness, communications, and engagement, we are looking for a new colleague who has experience in Change Management methods, the ability to work autonomously, and can communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

You will have excellent facilitation skills, strong attention to detail with proven skills in prioritisation and organisation and be able to produce engaging and meaningful change resources, including presentations, training material and written communications and be a self-starter, with the ability to engage and motivate Team & internal/external stakeholders.

You will work in a matrix environment reporting into the Business Change Managers, and alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Change Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Learning & Development, and a broad spectrum of other functions including but not limited to Sainsbury’s Tech and our Commercial teams.

**What you Need to Know & Show**
- 1 - 3 years of experience in specific Change Management roles, or Management Consulting.
- Awareness of Change Management tools and methodologies and how they support in delivering projects.
- Experience of delivering Change Management methodologies and tools, including communications, engagement, training, stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Experience in delivering end to end change initiatives - clear understanding and experience in translating a change plan into action and delivery within a project environment.
- Demonstration of previous experience of identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and prioritising delivery to maximise business benefit.
- Excellent communicator - confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent facilitation skills - can influence and engage a ‘room’ an can prepare/deliver succinct and engaging presentations.
- Ability to understand complex information and dilute it into simple and engaging materials.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, project timelines and deliverables are changing at a rapid pace, so the ability to be agile in temperament, keep cool in a high-pressured environment and deal with lots of unknowns whilst moving forward and continuing to deliver is essential.
