Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time our HR team have played a vital part in the success of the business. We’re now looking for a new Administrator to join us. Working from our support office in Alcester, the post holder will provide administrative support relating to the onboarding of new employees and General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) compliance and Data Protection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the onboarding team
- Provide a full administration service across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employment changes, leavers, and employment reference responses.
- Ensuring the compliance of new starters
- Liaising with various stakeholders to resolve queries in a timely manner
- Supporting the GDPR Coordinator with DSAR requests and Data Breaches, as and when required.
- Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects
- Ensure confidentiality and a professional manner is maintained with all colleagues, at all times

**Who You Are**

To be successful in this role you'll need to have
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Be confident using Office 365 and Adobe Pro
- Experienced with data entry and using Excel
- Ability to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels
