**Sales Administrator**

**Alcester - Permanent - Full Time - Salary Upto £26k per annum - 22 days + bank holidays**

We are very excited to be working with a luxury brand near Alcester. This position is working for a forward thinking company with lots of plans for growth.

**Day to Day duties as a Sales Administrator will include the following**:

- Working in the sales office, you will be supporting customers with their orders and enquiries.
- Processing orders and ensuring the warehouse have delivery times to schedule
- Invoicing and keeping tracking information upto date
- Utilising the inhouse CRM system

**As a Sales Administrator you will need the following qualities & experience**:

- Previous Sales Administration experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of Sage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy working as part of a team while also being self motivated
