**Responsibilities**:

- Processing relevant documentation adhering to company guidelines
- Liaise with customers and suppliers with first hand enquiries
- Assist with all relevant administration duties
- Answering and directing calls
- Welcoming visitors
- General office support

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
