Lettings Administrator / Personal Assistant role.

Kingswood Residential Investment Management are specialists in residential property lettings and management across Nottinghamshire.

We are seeking a Lettings Administrator / Personal Assistant role to join our team.

Our business commenced in 2016 and is quickly growing to be a respected professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, managing 600 properties (and counting).

This role is to undertake the following duties:

- Monthly audit tasks
- Accounts support - downloading and collating invoices for bookkeeping.
- Certificates and insurance compliance.
- Data entry tasks across various of our IT systems.
- Basic HR admin.
- PA / admin support to our Director across various tasks.
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, which can be demonstrated through your previous positions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can multi task
- Can react to important incoming tasks / work prioritising.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- Great people skills with clients and colleagues

Role requirements:

- Hybrid / part home working is considered or office based. If hybrid, 1 day per week. Office location = NG1 5AF.
- Previous experience in administration or secretarial position essential
- Competitive basic salary

Previous experience in administration or secretarial position essential. Letting or estate agency sector preferred but not essential.
