**Company Overview**
We are an ever growing Construction Consultancy undertaking a variety of work in various sectors. We predominantly work in education, blue light and private clients. Our services range from Surveying Work, Contract Administration and Project Management. Due to growth we are now expanding and looking for an Office Manager / Administrator to join our team.

**Role**
- General management of the office
- Delegating client enquiries
- Assisting surveyors within the office
- Administration duties
- Updating Standard Documentation
- Creating and maintaining templates
- Liaising with Marketing

**Skills**
- Client Facing Skills
- Strong Telephone Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work within a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapports
- A self starter attitude and understanding of business focus
- The ability to deliver results and set / deliver to realistic timescales
- The ability to be resilient and resourceful when set a task
- Fantastic attention to detail when reviewing work including formatting, spelling and grammar

We will look to support you in your career and help you achieve your own goals. The position can be Full Time or Part Time.

**Qualifications**
- Full UK Driving License
