Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our thriving team at NM Services Ltd, a leading service provider of domestic and commercial maintenance and refurbishment projects. As an Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding customer service.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to support our team in ensuring the smooth running of our head office. From coordinating installation teams to resolving operational issues, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be the main contact point for our customers, delivering exceptional customer service by promptly assisting with any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate NM maintenance operatives, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and track appointment schedules and installation plans to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping NM quality management system updated with operatives scheduling, reviewing completed job cards, raising quotations & managing the stock & equipment database.
- Building up and maintaining our subcontractor database
- Booking in appointments with clients/customers
- Ordering materials
- Liaising with the external marketing team to update the website and co-ordinate social media posts.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with a quality management software is essential (for example Big Change or Job Logic)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
**Benefit Package**:
