**Job summary**:
We are delighted to advertise this exciting opportunity to work as an Administrative Officer located in Vimy Barracks, Catterick.

This is a Part Time position offering 25.53 hours per week.

Please note the salary will be pro-rata for the part time hours undertaken.

**Job description**:

- As the Practice Administrator, you will provide Administration support to a busy ROHT centre ensuring the appropriate provision and delivery of Occupational Healthcare (OH) care to entitled Regular and Reservist personnel. You will be assisting in the staffing of the administrative area during the working day.**Person specification**:
The successful applicant’s main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Administrative support to Regular and Reservist Patients using the ROHT as requested by the ROHT Business Manager (BM) or Clinical staff.
- Typing support to the ROHT as requested by the ROHT BM or Clinical staff inclusive of taking minutes and dissemination.
- Answering Telephone, E-mails, and Personal enquiries in an appropriate professional manner.
