We are currently recruiting an Administrator to be a part of our integral team in Catterick, Garrison DL9 4AD

**For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process**

**DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.**

⦁ 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 1pm

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience of working in a military admin office environment desirable.
- Have a sound grasp of working in administration.
- Must be skilled in the use of Office 365.
- Able to use Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint at a basic level.
- Possess the ability to deal with customers either orally or in written format.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually to complete the required unit output.
- Answering basic queries, with the ability to seek advice from line management on areas outside the normal daily dealings.
- A DBS check will be required for this role.
