Nexus Recruitment, a premier agency specialising in the Hospitality and Events space, are seeking an experienced Sales & Events Executive for a unique London venue. Due to an internal promotion, this position has come available for an ambitious and drivenindividual at the early stages of their career within the sector. This unique venue has a wide variety of event space and a range of enquiries from corporate events to weddings and celebrations. The core duties of the role are as follows:

- Handle inbound enquiries for the venue
- Sell, plan and execute events across the multiple venue spaces
- Attend networking events to positively market the event space
- Support senior management on venue showcases
- Build a valuable rapport with new and existing clients

Our client encourages strategic thinking and a commercial mindset; they are looking for someone who has new ideas for generating revenue in innovative ways. This position comes with a clear pathway for progression, and you will have quarterly sit downs withyour manager to discuss your progression in line with KPI’s for promotion. Internal promotion is very important to my client and you will see this from the current team in situ. This role will offer 2-3 days a week from home, with the remaining time in theoffice where there is a vibrant and sociable culture. I’m looking for someone with the following attributes:

- Personable and engaging
- Previous events experience in a London venue, a unique venue preferable but not essential
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- A genuine passion for the events industry and an appreciation for unique spaces
