assist the finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Duties**
Process sales invoices daily in accordance with dispatches
Ad-hoc invoicing for installation jobs
Liaise with customers & the sales/projects team to resolve any customer queries
Sending monthly customer statements and chasing for payments
Processing of customer receipts ensuring ledger is up-to-date
Weekly & monthly reporting to Senior Management
Other office administrative tasks as requested
**Experience**
Educated to A-Level or Equivalent
Sage 50 Accounts - desirable but full training will be given
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail
Strong written & oral communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
