**Administrative Assistant**
Location: Crawley, UK
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
**Salary**: DOE
Start date ASAP
Due to rapid growth within the company, we are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Secure Logiq team. You will have the opportunity to get involved in numerous parts of the business but your core responsibilities will include:
Evaluate all incoming orders against system information, ensuring orders are in line with agreed terms and customers’ requirements.
Processing customer orders accurately and timely from quotation through to invoicing stage.
Dealing with internal and external queries relating to customers’ orders
Booking domestic and international shipments on a number of logistics platforms.
Raising all necessary documentation related to the customer requirements/orders e.g. commercial invoices, customs paperwork, test certificates.
Answering inbound calls.
Undertaking general office admin tasks as required.
Assisting with general HR duties.
**Knowledge, skills and experience needed.**
Experience of shipping (especially outside of the UK) desirable.
At least 1 years prior order management experience.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, can-do attitude, offering the highest level of service to relevant stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills evidencing capability to prioritise workloads
Desirable:
HR experience (preferably in a start-up environment)
Experience with international shipping
Experience with ISO certification (9001 and 14001)
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
