As a result of business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Compliance Administrator** to join our fast-paced and dynamic Compliance Department, working closely with the Compliance Officer to deliver compliance within a training and development function. This role will be based from our Head Office, located in the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Didcot and can be offered working on a hybrid basis.

We have worked extensively with the City and Guild Association to develop and deliver a range of bespoke courses to suit the specific needs of the industry. This role has a strong focus on compliance requirements associated with training, learning and development across the business and internal auditing, review and monitoring.

**As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Organising, booking and monitoring all training and competency assessments.
- Ensuring the smooth running of our bespoke City & Guilds Assured Certification - including administration, audit and planning.
- Record management
- Task management and processing using internal and external databases/systems
- Internal and external audit support, completion, and participation
- Maintaining general accreditations portals, tenders information requests and certifications
- Assisting the Sampling team with inbox queries

**To enable the Compliance Administrator to deliver the SMS services to the business and clients. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have**:

- Strong administration experience - essential
- Familiarity with data entry, use of databases and record keeping - essential
- Planning and organisation - essential
- Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written - essential
- Internal/External Audit experience - desirable but not essential
- Previous experience within Compliance/Learning and Development would be advantageous

**There are some minimum requirements you will need to meet to be considered**:

- Right to Work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (DBS check) - If you do not currently hold valid DBS clearance, SMS can cover the cost.

**We are looking for a Compliance Administrator with a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance within a learning and development function. Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
