**Responsibilities**:

- Create job-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of completed RAMS registers for reference and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate the ordering of job materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate discounts and set up agreements with direct suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
- Keep regular job pack information updated on the operations team diary for smooth workflow management.
- Schedule and manage operations team workloads to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Organize equipment hire, including MEWPs, skips, etc., to support project requirements.
- Complete and file end-of-job check sheets to ensure project completion documentation is in order.
- Maintain job folders and ensure consistency throughout all project documentation.
- Generate regular contract invoices and assist with contract administration tasks for various clients.
- Create Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals at the end of fit-out and installation projects.
- Assist in completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and client registration forms.
- Maintain MCS Documentation for Solar projects in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in project coordination/administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in maintaining documentation and records accurately.
- Familiarity with contract administration processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in maintaining social media accounts for a business is desirable.

**Working Hours**:8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
