Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll system processes, coordinating actions and providing professional advice and support.
  • Administer the People Department service management system, responding to employee queries and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Process leave requests, including maternity, paternity, adoption leave, and shared parental leave.
  • Support employees with producing reference letters required for Visa applications, mortgage applications, and employment references.

Salary: £25,030 + excellent benefits and pension. Benefits include:
