Project Administrator

To provide day to day effective and efficient administration support.
- To be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload and work towards the KPI’s and targets set for the department
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- To talk to clients in a positive and friendly manner and deal with their queries
- Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome
- Ensure necessary cover at all times
Working alongside the members of the Lincolnshire People Hub and People Team, you will be supporting the work to take the Lincolnshire People Plan forward.
This role will link to a specific project in reviewing and supporting promotion of systemwide staff benefits. You will support the coordination of meetings and workshops as well as project plans to show how this specific project is progressing in Lincolnshire.
