Red Recruitment 24:7 are thrilled to be working alongside a local Engineering company as they seek a Project Coordinator. You will be based at their head office in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step in their career.
As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the office while providing support to the Project Managers and Engineers. This position offers excellent progression opportunities.
**General duties**:
- General administrative duties and providing overall administrative support to the projects team.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Provide quotes.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained.
- First point of contact for incoming enquiries - both internal and external.
- Liaise with internal and external teams.
- Clear communication with external parties like suppliers or contractors.
- Support with meetings, take minutes and ensure everyone has the necessary information.
**About you**:
- Strong MS Office skills - especially Excel.
- Administration experience.
- Friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Able to efficiently manage incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact & engage comfortably with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to organise & prioritise workload to deadlines.
