**Trainee Coordinator**
- Opportunity to start a career within administration / production control within an established manufacturing business.
- Days based role - 7:30am to 4:00pm Mon - Thurs, 12:30pm finish on a Friday.
- Clear progression to learn new systems and programs.

We are currently seeking an organised individual who is looking to develop a career within an administrative position. As Trainee Coordinator, undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organising programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. Scope to develop and grow with the business in this position.

**Salary & Package**:£20,396 rising to £21,979 after probation. 5% pension. 25 days holiday + banks. Early Friday finish

**The Trainee Coordinator job will involve**:

- Training will be provided in all the disciplines reflected below:
- Managing customer delivery programs from order acceptance to delivery. Highlighting gaps in order coverage to the customer services team.
- Creating plans to ensure both success to originally agreed dates but also to recover any delays.
- Highlighting issues during the creation of a plan or where staged improvement is required within the plan.
- Providing feedback to customer services of progress and in some cases directly to customers if necessary.
- Understand the various process steps of the parts manufactured on site to a level of detail which provides for improved planning.
- The understanding of and the ability to determine capacity constraints and bottleneck management.
- This role will be enhanced by the ability to support the production control, customer services, supply chain and procurement teams in the understanding of customer requirements, shipping, purchasing requirements and specific activities within the planning and production stores areas.
