Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Transformation Project Coordinator on a permanent basis to support the delivery of transformation projects within our Community Mental Health Transformation Programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, administration, and team collaboration. They will be required to provide timely, efficient, and effective support to project management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for the programme.

The post-holder will be responsible for tracking and reporting progress and performance of projects and tasks to the required programme meetings. They will also work closely with the transformation project leads and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme Team, providing administrative support and contributing to the development of project plans.

Support local teams and stakeholders in delivering project plans, taking the lead on agreed initiatives and ensuring that projects remain on target.

Analyse information, present analysis, and produce clear and accessible reports to support action plans and programme objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience supported by extensive CPD portfolio.
  • Relevant previous work experience within a comparable role.
  • Recent experience working within a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to travel independently to locations across the county without public transport.
