As a Strategic Transformation Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Your day will be filled with gathering insights, facilitating strategic decisions, and driving crucial projects that transform potential into performance. You will engage with industry experts to identify challenges and opportunities, and develop compelling concepts to propel our Assembly, Test and Overhaul business forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic projects such as implementation of continuous improvement programs, decarbonization of our facility, service regionalisation, component repair and digital factories across complex settings.
  • Quantifying progress on crucial transformation initiatives, deriving corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Operations to develop compelling concepts for the Assembly, Test and Overhaul business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent university degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business administration (Master, MBA, PhD).
  • Longstanding professional experience in strategy projects within a leading consulting firm or a reputable Energy company.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks based on priority, with strong problem-solving skills (strategic, quantitative and organisational/process assignments) taking a holistic end-to-end perspective.
  • Passion about the technological and societal aspects of Energy transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point etc.).
