About the Role

The Project Manager - Mods and Ups role at Siemens Energy is a dynamic position that requires strong project management skills and the ability to interpret and prioritize requirements from multiple sources.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from start to finish, engaging with engineering, supply chain, field service, and commercial teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. You will coordinate, plan, and supervise completion of engineering phases, work with supply chain to ensure materials are ordered and supplied on time, and facilitate technical discussions with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan project completion
  • Work with supply chain to ensure timely material delivery
  • Facilitate technical discussions with engineering
  • Ensure clear understanding of client requirements
  • Work with planner to achieve on-time delivery
  • Manage commercial discussions with CPM team
  • Arrange installation and commissioning upgrades
  • Brief field service team and site management
  • Ensure scope is clear and variations are handled in a structured manner
  • Drive on-time delivery and demonstrate a customer-first mentality

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to interpret and prioritize requirements
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, One PM, MS-Project, and general IT tools
  • Can-do approach and passion for the team
