The Process Administrator plays a critical role in the organisation by creating, maintaining, and optimising process maps to visualise and communicate various business processes. These maps help us to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall efficiency. This role has been driven by both our rapid growth journey and our ambitious change programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to really grow and develop the role and make it their own. The ultimate purpose of this role is to accelerate our Change Programme by working within the Planning and Performance team to ensure all service improvement administration is managed in accordance with Pennington Choices values, strategic objectives, and priorities required for the smooth operation and delivery of our strategic service improvement programme.
