**Living Well Partnership** is made up of 8 GP surgeries working innovatively to change the way we deliver great patient care and fast, effective patient communication

**Overall Aim**

To provide highly efficient and effective administration support to patient workflow functions across the Living Well Partnership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, open and date stamp inbound post and ensure it is filed and processed to the appropriate area or team
- Ensure the accurate and on-time processing of all inbound data (electronic and paper) specifically scanning, into EMIS and DocMan, as per protocol
- Ensure all scanned documents are accurately filed into the patient’s notes, using recognised terminology
- Scan ECG and Spirometry results in line with protocol
- Follow up and complete any tasks (EMIS and DocMan) sent from colleagues
- Complete urgent tasks as a priority
- Shred any inbound documents in line with retention of documents policy
- Ensure the accurate and on time processing and re-allocation of inbound laboratory reports to appropriate microteam or allocated individual
- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by management Help patients to access self-management education courses, peer support or other interventions that support them in improving their health and wellbeing.

**What we’re looking for**
- Education to at least GCSE level, including English and Maths, or equivalent
- Evidenced office administration experience
- Experience of working in a team
- Accurate word processing skills and document presentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing packages
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise
- Ability to drive and access to own vehicle
- Desirable experience of working in a medical practice/NHS, EMIS/Docman knowledge or other clinical systems
