**Duties**:

- Provide a full range of administrative support to the Safeguarding and Student Services teams.
- Enable the service to provide excellent and timely support for all students.
- Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners, parents, outside agencies and College staff, referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.
- To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
- Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
- Well organised with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
- Relevant degree and/or appropriate level professional qualifications is desirable.
