**Responsibilities**:

- Processing Customer Orders.
- Meet companies KPI’s, values and goals.
- Supporting customers to register, order and track parcels via our websites.
- Approving new customers accounts ensuring the correct documents have been provided.
- Customer service advice and support.
- Handle enquiries efficiently, go above and beyond for customers and staff demonstrating a can-do attitude.
- Assisting in customer collections which may mean handling cash.
- Liaising with courier serviced to achieve the best possible outcome for our customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Collect industry feedback from our customer base.
- Feedback market and product information to Marketing teams to develop Sales & Marketing activity.

**About you**:

- Quick learner.
- Customer Service experience is essential.
- Medical/Aesthetics experience desirable but not essential.
- Highly organise with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate, proficient using MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Clear drive, commitment and self-motivation to achieve success and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer and company expectations.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent self-organisation.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
