Greenscape Energy are seeking a new team member to help us expand and grow as a business.
- The Operational Support Administrator role is required to assist in a fast-paced area of the business. You will be assisting mainly with Fleet administration as well as Recruitment administration along with any other ad hoc tasks.

This roles’ responsibilities are varied and can range from:
**Fleet Related Tasks**
- Adding vehicles to fleet insurance
- Admin of Tax, MOT & Services
- Assisting with vehicle accident claims paperwork
- Vehicle check inspections, signing vehicles out and in
- Recording driver hours, including download of Tachograph logs
- Administration of Fuel cards
- Checking and reporting on driver behaviour
- Booking of any works or tasks related to newly acquired vehicles
- Driving Licence checks
- May need to assist with collection and drop off of Company vehicles - this requires a full UK licence with maximum 3 points.

**Recruitment Related Tasks**
- Booking of meeting rooms & arrangement of interviews
- Printing / sending CV’s to line managers
- Sending of offer letters to newly appointed staff

**General Tasks**
- Reporting and research, as and when required.
