About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Turning Point. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the operation of our substance misuse service, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams across Suffolk, including answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records, and helping to improve performance.
  • Support the operation of our Lowestoft office, including data entry, raising purchase orders, post, stationery, petty cash, and minute-taking.
  • Work closely with our teams to provide wide-ranging administrative support, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communicate positively and professionally with a large number of professionals on a daily basis, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and regulations.
  • Have experience with databases and knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to prioritize a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support.
  • Methodical attention to detail and accuracy.
