Key Responsibilities- Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Office Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external organizations, both in person and via telephone.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, graded 9 - 4.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
This is a part-time position, requiring 15 hours per week during school term time.
