Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to take on the role of Administrative Support Specialist. This position involves working at the forefront of our operations, providing essential support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Office Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external organizations, both in person and via telephone.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, graded 9 - 4.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
Working Hours

This is a part-time position, requiring 15 hours per week during school term time.
