About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing Facilities Management support, customer service, and administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective Facilities Management support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Liaise with customers, operational staff, and management to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a facilities management or administrative role.
  • Confident use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
