Position Overview:
Administrative Support Specialist

Compensation:
£18,000 - £23,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Recruitment Services UK is currently looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to deliver high-quality administrative support for office and project teams on a permanent basis.

  • Facilitate efficient management of general administrative tasks within the office
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication
  • Evaluate and authorize weekly timesheets for personnel
  • Generate purchase orders for completed projects and maintain relevant records
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of documentation to clients
  • Support project teams with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and necessary permits
  • Coordinate training sessions for personnel and liaise with external training providers
  • Manage in-house health and safety responsibilities
  • Assist in planning team events and outings (your creative input is encouraged)

Preferred Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:
