Position Overview:
Administrative Support Specialist
Compensation:
£18,000 - £23,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Recruitment Services UK is currently looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to deliver high-quality administrative support for office and project teams on a permanent basis.
Our client has established itself as a significant entity across various sectors, leading to ongoing expansion.

- Facilitate efficient management of general administrative tasks within the office
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication
- Evaluate and authorize weekly timesheets for personnel
- Generate purchase orders for completed projects and maintain relevant records
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of documentation to clients
- Support project teams with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and necessary permits
- Coordinate training sessions for personnel and liaise with external training providers
- Manage in-house health and safety responsibilities
- Assist in planning team events and outings (your creative input is encouraged)
Key Qualifications:

- Availability for a full-time schedule
- Full permanent working rights in the UK
Preferred Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role
- Proficient computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
