Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the day-to-day administration of the office runs smoothly, including managing office supplies, maintaining a organized and trackable system, and handling staff requests and complaints.
  • Support supervisors and departments with administrative tasks, including generating invitation letters, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff business trips.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers, report issues to suppliers in a timely manner, and occasionally cover reception duties.

Requirements:
